Step 1: Retrieve Webhook Credentials from Redshop
First, you need to get your unique Webhook URL and Secret Key from your store dashboard.
1. Log in to your Redshop admin panel.
2. From the left sidebar, click on Settings.
3. Navigate to Shipping Partners. Look for the Webhook section and click the arrow icon on the right to expand it.
4. You will see two fields: Webhook and Secret Key. Click the copy icon next to each field to save these details. You will need them for the next step.
Step 2: Navigate to Steadfast API Settings
Next, log in to your Steadfast Courier dashboard to configure the connection.
On the Steadfast dashboard, look at the left sidebar and scroll down to the bottom navigation area.
Click on the More menu option to reveal additional settings.
From the expanded menu, click on API. On the API page, click the Update Webhook Info button.
Fill in the fields with the data you copied from Redshop:
Callback URL: Paste the Webhook URL from Redshop here.
Auth Token (Bearer): Paste the Secret Key from Redshop here. At last, click Save to complete the setup.
