Step 1: Retrieve Webhook Credentials from Redshop
First, you need to get your unique Webhook URL and Secret Key from your store dashboard.
Log in to your Redshop Dashboard.
From the left sidebar, click on Settings.
Navigate to Shipping Partners. Look for the Webhook section and click the arrow icon on the right to expand it.
4. You will see two fields: Webhook and Secret Key. Click the copy icon next to each field to save these details. You will need them for the next step.
Step 2: Configure Pathao Merchant Dashboard
Next, you will paste these credentials into your Pathao account to complete the connection.
Log in to your Pathao Merchant Dashboard and scroll down the left sidebar menu
Click on Developer's API located near the bottom of the menu.
From the API menu on the left, select Webhook Integration.
Enter the credentials you copied from Redshop:
Paste your Redshop Webhook URL into the Callback URL field.
Paste your Redshop Secret Key into the Secret field.
Click the Update Webhook button to save.
