Integrating Pathao in Redshop

Integrating Pathao allows you to connect your courier service directly to your Redshop store, automating shipping processes for efficient order fulfillment.

Prerequisite

You must have an active Pathao Merchant Account.

Steps: Integration Process

  1. In the Redshop dashboard, go to Settings.

  2. Click on Shipping Partners.

  3. Click the Activate Now button next to Pathao.

  4. Enter your registered email and password (if not pre-filled).

  5. Open the Pathao Merchant Dashboard (in a separate window).

  6. In the Pathao Dashboard, navigate to Developers API.

  7. Copy the following credentials (you may need to click 'Generate' if they are not visible):

    • Client ID

    • Client Secret

  8. Return to Redshop and paste the copied Client ID and Client Secret into the corresponding fields.

  9. Find the Store ID: In the Pathao Dashboard, go to Stores and copy the ID associated with your store.

  10. Return to Redshop and paste the Store ID into the final field.

  11. Click Submit to complete the integration.

Tips

  • Security: Treat your Client ID and Client Secret as sensitive keys for your courier account.

  • Verification: After submission, confirm that the Pathao integration status shows as 'Active' in your Shipping Partners section.
