Step 1: Get Webhook URL from Redshop
First, you need to copy your unique webhook link from your store settings.
Log in to your Redshop admin panel and click on Settings in the left sidebar.
Navigate to the Shipping Partners tab. Locate the Webhook section and click the arrow on the right to expand it.
Click the copy icon next to the Webhook URL to save it. You will need to paste this into RedX.
Step 2: Configure and Save Webhook in RedX
Next, log in to your RedX account and follow these steps to finish the setup.
On your RedX Dashboard, click on Developer APIs from the left sidebar menu.
Scroll down the API menu to find the Webhook section.
Click on Configuration under the Webhook menu.
Paste the Webhook URL you copied from Redshop into the "Enter your callback URL" field and click the Save Link button.
