The Archive feature allows you to keep your main orders list clean and focused on current tasks without permanently deleting essential order history.

Steps: Archiving an Order

  1. In the Redshop dashboard, go to Orders.

  2. Locate the order you wish to archive.

  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the specific order.

  4. From the dropdown menu, select Archive.

  5. The order will immediately be removed from the main list and moved to the Archive.

Steps: Restoring an Order

  1. In the Orders section, look for the Archived Orders tab or filter option (the video shows a separate section).

  2. Click to view your archived orders.

  3. Locate the order you wish to restore.

  4. Click three-dot menu (⋮) next to the archived order.

  5. From the dropdown menu, select Restore.

  6. The order will be moved back to your main Orders list.

Tips

  • Cleanliness: Use the archive feature to store old, completed, or canceled orders that no longer require active management.

  • Retrieval: Archiving is not deletion; orders can always be easily recovered using the Restore function.
