Steps: Accessing and Filtering
In the Redshop dashboard, navigate to the Analytics section.The default view you encounter will be the Sales Analytics screen.Use the Filter/Sort option available at the top to filter your data by specific time periods (e.g., Last 7 Days, Last Month, Today).
Key Analytics Sections
The dashboard organizes your data into three primary sections:
Section | Data or Metrics |
Sales Analytics | Total Sales, Total Orders, Average Order Value (AOV), Pending Orders, Orders Canceled, and the number of Returning Customers (Repeat Customers). |
Product | Inventory flow (how many products are entering/leaving) and reports on recently sold products. |
Traffic | A graphical breakdown of which devices are accessing and interacting with your store (mobile, desktop, or tablet). |
Tips
Inventory Watch: Regularly check the Product section to monitor inventory flow and prevent stock-outs of popular items.
Analyze Trends: Use the date filters to compare data and identify sales trends, especially focusing on your Returning Customers count.
