Steps: Accessing and Filtering

  1. In the Redshop dashboard, navigate to the Analytics section.

  2. The default view you encounter will be the Sales Analytics screen.

  3. Use the Filter/Sort option available at the top to filter your data by specific time periods (e.g., Last 7 Days, Last Month, Today).

Key Analytics Sections

The dashboard organizes your data into three primary sections:

Section

Data or Metrics

Sales Analytics

Total Sales, Total Orders, Average Order Value (AOV), Pending Orders, Orders Canceled, and the number of Returning Customers (Repeat Customers).

Product

Traffic

Tips

  • Inventory Watch: Regularly check the Product section to monitor inventory flow and prevent stock-outs of popular items.

  • Analyze Trends: Use the date filters to compare data and identify sales trends, especially focusing on your Returning Customers count.
