Add Delivery Charge & Zone

Set delivery charges for different areas in your store. Create custom zones (like Inside Dhaka & Outside Dhaka) and edit them anytime.

You can set different delivery zones and charges based on area (e.g., Dhaka Metro, Outside Dhaka, Inside City, etc.).

Steps

  1. In the Redshop dashboard, go to Settings.

  2. Click Delivery Charges.

  3. Click Add a Zone.

  4. Enter:

    • Zone Name (e.g., Inside Dhaka, Outside Dhaka, Uttara Only)

    • Delivery Charge for that zone

  5. Click Add This Zone to save.

Editing Zones

  • To edit a single zone, click the kebab menu (⋮) next to the zone.

  • To bulk-edit all zones, click the kebab menu (⋮) at the top and select Bulk Edit.

Tips

  • Use clear zone names — avoid confusion for couriers and customers.
